Pros

Company followed through on Work from Home. Pets are allowed in the office. Raffles for event tickets (Depending on team/department) People are friendly and willing to help. (Depending on team/department) Trainers are helpful and ready to assist with concepts.

Kontras

Pay is below standard for the industry. Chronically understaffed and unable to keep training current. Leadership team pushes courteous communication from specialists but uses derisive words like retarded. They also disparage any specialist who are neuro divergent or suffer from mental health issues and question why they would be hired. Specialists are expected to create their own coverage if attempting to use PTO because Leadership is unaware of the schedule and out standing tasks for the team. Leadership team is free to take as much PTO as desired. Supervisor was frequent absent (2-3 days) each week. Leadership gaslights any issues and pretends they have not been brought up in multiple meetings and emails. They also refuse to take any accountability for current circumstances and blame previous leadership team members that left over a year ago. Depending on the team, supervisors lack any leadership qualities. Personnel may have been at the company for years - but lack any interpersonal skills, comprehensive job experience or project management basics. Software (Facets) remains outdated and uses cheapest version. There is a greater focus on expanding sales territory than on compensation workers and re-investing in software and tech for current employees.

Pros

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Kontras

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
