- Cross-skilling [You are forced to work in English and your native language at the same time, which is unbearable recently] - We are expected to handle 3-5+ interactions at the same time, which is super tiring - Some agents such as the ones from Germany, Sweden, France get paid with over 12+ USD but the languages like Turkish and Asian languages get paid way way less like 4-6 USD. - There is no contract, you could be removed with one e-mail and you cannot ask for compensation after you get removed - They don't ever make a payrate raise,

Pros

I swas on a project where I could select 2 hour blocks of time to work, which was helpful since I had another job also. Management was always nice, I enjoyed working there for the time I did.

Kontras

As with any remote customer service phone job, timing the call was crucial to not get behind in notes you needed to add per call
