your job is threatened almost daily if you don't push over priced additions onto customers, corporate will NEVER take the blame for a store failing because of mismanagement; poor location choices; lack of advertising; next to no communication unless being told if you want to keep your job you better do "this" or "that", VERY high turn over rate because they treat employees like trash unless they are family, take every step to ensure you don't get your hard earned commission, and forget having a life outside of work you get chewed out for being scheduled half a day or bugged all day when you are off and don't forget the mandatory training webinars that has to be done even if you were scheduled to be off. They do provide insurance after 90 days and claim to pay part of the premium but it costs the same to get insurance outside of the company.
