- thanks to the major re-org, it still feels like a lot of things are in limbo... the new "oracle data cloud" still doesn't feel at all like a single entity
- lack of company direction and shifting priorities every quarter
- some weak senior leadership and middle management (especially in the legacy Moat teams)
- you don't work for Moat anymore, you work for Oracle.. it's slow, it's annoying, a lot more bureaucracy
- no startup culture, no events, etc.
- pretty weak brand value
