Pros
The people you work with are great
Kontras
The so-called "training" is to sit and watch people work and then do some yourself which isn't training, it is just helping them out because they are struggling. Management are not professional and don't abide by the contract and terminate employment illegally. No written letter provided on termination, "fireable offence" did not meet the grounds of on the spot termination or any termination at all. My advice is not to work for a company who have no understanding of a person's personal circumstances that could not be helped and even if you give notice that you may not attend the whole day but offer to come for the remainder of the day after dealing with an uncontrollable situation, they will still fire you... and may I add, unprofessionally fire you. Will be taking this to Fair Work. Not everyone is dumb enough to ignore their contracted rights of employment :)
