The company's pay structure is a joke, it consists of payments for employees every 28 days which makes managing your finance and direct debits a nightmare. The company misses payments and cuts your holiday pays as well, you need to keep a close eye on every time you get paid otherwise you will always lose money, and it takes forever to rectify wrong pay, that is if you ever get to rectify it.
