Mintel does treat their employees well.

In 2023 Mintel has gone through 2 rounds of layoffs and likely another round is coming. Leadership can’t seem to right the ship. Most of my coworkers don’t feel like they have any job security at this company. Do not recommend on applying here! With the layoffs more and more work is being added to individuals’ responsibilities with no additional compensation.
