HR tries to lowball you on their initial offer. Raises are few and far between, they try to claim a "christmas bonus" which MIGHT get you two tickets to the movies. Middle/Upper management only cares about numbers and not how they get there. It's very common to be late to every customer milestone which causes a chaotic working environment.
