There is a good family orientation and positive work/life balance. Senior management displays a genuine interest in doing the right thing with integrity.

Smaller organizations limit verticle mobility due to very low turnover and limited opportunities to create new positions. Compensation is low average and healthcare benefits are OK for single employees and very expensive for families. Good time off.
