Some employees are cool, the location is nice.
Kontras
1. Competitive wage and you cannot speak about it or you will be penalized.
2. Silica dust in mass quantities blowing out of air hoses on machinery and isn't properly contained or handled. No PPE is given or required.
3. Not currently but the last HR in house rep, would go on break and devuldge personal information about other employees to anyone that would listen.
4. Management will use personal reasons to deny pay raise.
5. Promise of growth in the company but everyone is left stagnant and begging for more opportunities.
6. Certain workers if they are good at their job will be stretched thin and sent to multiple departments in a day to pick up slack from the lack of communication between management, engineering and production.
