Organizational structure and work culture need a lot of work. Generally it is very top-down and experience differs depending on who you report to. Not a lot of people are confident in the CEO's leadership (though there are many strong C-level woman executives). There are a few good managers and many inexperienced / bad managers that will likely stunt your career growth. People work incredibly hard but are stressed all the time. Many are passionate about the mission but unhappy about the work culture. You will hear more from the CEO about wines than about other important things.
