Decent pay, the only way they attract talent. Decent products.

Poor leadership, that does not take input from the market (customers) or colleagues. No concern shown for employees. Corporate decisions generally short sighted motivated by bottom line not sustainable growth/success. Many top producing, senior employees treated as easily replaceable by cheaper far less experienced candidates. Very limited growth within company. Poor customer support.
