Pros

-Very friendly atmosphere -They do a great job of letting you know where the company is at -The pay isn’t bad -They try to make it a place you want to be working at

Kontras

-They are terrible for micromanaging -Too many meetings/huddles -Unrealistic bonus structure where they play fast and loose with the rules -The software they use is ancient and holds you back -They waste a lot of time with metrics (they try to say this is a good thing but really the pros don’t outweigh the cons) -Nowhere to grow in the company -Not allowed to work from home (mainly because of their need to micromanage) -No matter what they tell you, you’re PUNISHED for doing quality over quantity

Pros

- Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

Kontras

- Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
