- strong product that's improving quickly - good culture within some teams - many tenured staff working hard to support a wave of new staff coming in the last 18 months - good perks, WFH, exciting industry
Kontras
- internal promotion is non-existent, dozens of senior senior hires not posted internally at all, carousel of leadership changes is exhausting - siloed workforce with minimal collaboration - heavy virtual meeting culture hasn't evolved since COVID, many staff and leaders have 30+ hrs/wk of recurring calls, monthly 8 hour sales call is ridiculous
