Hypocritical VPs. Salaries are not paid on time. Working after hours is considered normal here. Don’t expect anything in return; new joiners should be cautious. Employees are treated poorly and may be let go after 3-4 months if they don’t strictly follow rules. Company policies bind employees, restricting them from posting anything on social media platforms like Glassdoor or AmbitionBox. Be aware of their fake façade; they present a different face upfront while speaking negatively behind your back. If you join this company during the recession, make sure you have a backup plan (Plan B). You are required to sign several binding documents preventing you from sharing anything negative. My advice: don’t be fooled by their social media presence, as it does not reflect the reality of the company. Their "Best place to work with" is also fake. As they've force employees to write good about the company. In short don't JOIN.
