The culture at Millennium is excellent! It is common to interact with people outside of our specific work area in things like group parties, contests, recognition events, and even day-to-day in the office. Everyone is treated like family, and the Executive Management team is always available for discussions when concerns arise. Company is growing quickly and there are many opportunities to take on new responsibilities and have a real impact. Leadership is supportive of innovation and willing to invest in new ideas. Strong teamwork and collaboration across departments. The pace of change keeps things interesting — no two days are the same.

The pace of growth has at times outstripped the development of standardized processes and formal structures. Training and onboarding practices are not yet fully consistent, which can make it difficult for new employees to ramp up efficiently. Rapid shifts in priorities can occasionally make long-term planning and resource allocation challenging.
