Company is growing quickly and there are many opportunities to take on new responsibilities and have a real impact. Leadership is supportive of innovation and willing to invest in new ideas. Strong teamwork and collaboration across departments. The pace of change keeps things interesting — no two days are the same.

The pace of growth has at times outstripped the development of standardized processes and formal structures. Training and onboarding practices are not yet fully consistent, which can make it difficult for new employees to ramp up efficiently. Rapid shifts in priorities can occasionally make long-term planning and resource allocation challenging.

Millennium Control panels is a real company that goes beyond what most companies offer. From entry level to senior employees, Management proactively works with you. Overall, everyone was assigned a job and it is expected to be completed correctly, in a timely manner. So, you do have to perform but it does not go unrecognized. Really grateful to be employed with this company.
