Company keeps changing hr policy frequently, these policies are not in benefit to employees. Management talks about employee benefit but the reality is different. Company has dropped Diwali bonus. so don't get attracted to benefits listed on job description, employee perks and benefits are subject to change at any time and you might not get them. OKR is not released.

As an organization, we have taken steps to align our Rewards and Recognition program in our India offices, which includes our Diwali bonus plan, with industry standard practices. Our goal is to ensure that our rewards program is amongst the best for comparable companies. Under Prem's leadership it was great, now it's garbage.

They were purchased by a hedge fund company and now it's about the bottom line instead of the people working there.
