They are more concerned with saving a few bucks than providing a decent work experience for their employees. There’s no investment in the workspace, online presence, or company infrastructure. The compensation is far below industry standard, and the amount of work is far beyond the pay grade. They tout it as a photo-oriented job for local photographers but in reality it’s just a retail job.
