Great teams(atleast some people are) young crowd pay is ok to start with.
Kontras
Bad team management. No proper communication to the client and hiring people when they don't really have a role for them. You may even feel like what you're doing there waiting for a project but don't worry they'll let you go soon. Nothing personal but the manager might don't really care or know what you are doing there and in the end may say you are not competent enough without giving you a project but guess who hired and cleared your hiring process.
