Systems are unfit for purpose Targets unachievable Targets increased in the same month! Senior management are basic bullies, earning massive wages with terrible attitudes and no clue! Very much a face fits culture!! Most staff are nepo babies, married or related to some how, if you aren’t you won’t get anywhere but will burn out trying. Absolutely zero understanding or adaptions for anyone neuro diverse, Disgusting place to work
