They have become so complacent in their jobs that you can just not show up for days at a time and reappear as if nothing happened. Your home every night.

Commission based pay structure. Your paycheck will vary 30% weekly based on what trips your assigned, or how busy they are not work ethic. Management less happy than employees. They are abrasive, and crude. A trucking company with dozens of empty liquor bottles proudly displayed in the dispatch office. Do not expect help or respectful professionalism. Health insurance costs for catastrophic 80-20 insurance are unlike anything I've seen.
