Pros
The founding team is a group of people first focused leaders who provide a positive place to work and succeed. The product is very mature for how young the company is and the vision over the next few years is very well understand and communicated.
Kontras
This is not a con for me, but it might be for some...our founders believe strongly that in office is the best environment for building a startup. I personally agree, so like I said, for a platform like Glassdoor that may be a con to some.
