Pros
Flexible hours and ample vacation time offered. Work/life balance is great in the sense that it's so easy to put MiddleOak out of your mind in your free time.
Kontras
Most of the management positions are redundant - two managers when one will suffice, but you have to explain yourself to both. Lack of communication - too many middle men. The structure of the company is geared towards a lack of having to take responsibility for your work and passing blame on to others. Employees are treated like children almost to the extent that you have to explain yourself for taking a little extra long in the bathroom. The review process is a joke - your actual quantitative numbers matter very little, it all comes down to being on the "in's" with whatever cliques you're surrounded by.
