      Environment was not high stress and employees are not micro-managed. Interesting designs.

      Communication with management and team leader is lacking at times. At times you are left without a project to work on or are thrown into a project near the middle or end.

      Some good designers, good system knowledge cross over to circuit design. Good systems understanding.

      Kontras

      unfair recognition/promotion structure. Political environment. Management is relatively new and probably not geared up yet to take the position responsibly. Lack of accountability of management towards retention and unfair recognition/compensation/promotion.
