What pros? It's a job, not a career.

Poor, to non-existent management. Current management will manage the bare-minimum and completely cutoff the establishment when they have vacation days. When management gets upset about an employee, they will not hesitate to talk BS about that person to everyone, including new hires. Management will attempt to train new hires as very little as possible and pawn off that task, and any other tasks onto the rest of the staff. Management will not hesitate to overwork you while they have a normal set schedule, then proceed to complain about their own schedule if you mention and complaints of your own.
