Good experience - UX-UI Designer bei Microquery: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Environment at Microquery is really great, helpful and professional where I got a chance to explore my capabilities and knowledge. Here I used to get enough time to complete my work without giving me any kind of burden for any tasks. My colleagues are also helpful and we work as a team. The management team is very supportive and helpful at the every stage without any condition. They provide us all the facilities which is required for any IT industry. Here I have learnt lots of new things. They trained me by giving work on good projects from which I have learned a lot. Here we get 1 hour lunch break and 15 minutes tea break and there is no restrictions to take small breaks for our personal needs. The company did not take any kind of deposit or any original document as security deposit. I used to get salary on time without any interruption at any month.

We have no issues here because management team is always prepared to help us.

I joined as a fresher with zero knowledge. In these months I have learned lots of new things such as working with different projects and new technology with challenging task and I come to know more about practical work. I joined as intern and then get promoted within 6 month based on my good performance with hike. We gets our salary on time. Office environment is great and colleagues are friendly and helpful. There are senior team to help me out in work issues and error. Office time also is normal 10.00 pm to 7.00 pm Mon to Fri (2nd and 4th Sat Holiday) with 1 hour lunch break, also we get tea breaks, and there is no restriction if we behave properly Work pressure is minimum. There are ample number of leaves offered by company. It is therefore great to work with this company. Management appreciate our hard work and always ready to help.

There is nothing negative to say, if we have any issue we discuses with management and they solve them.
