      CEO is caring and sweet but does not have a pulse on the dissatisfaction of many of the employees. Nice office

      Company is stumbling on over growth with operations leadership that is out of control and more concerned with the bottom line and keeping his job secure no matter what the cost is to fellow employees and customers. One good elimination on upper management would save this fiasco.
