Certain employees are allowed to treat other sdisrespectfully without concern for disciplinary actions. I had to endure over 5 years of my life and others being made difficult. Management were aware but failed to address it and it made my work life miserable. Despite myself and other colleagues reporting incidents of bullying this was ignored and the employee even got promoted, which sends out the wrong message. I would avoid working for this company because there is a tolerance form those who act unprofessionally throughout the company. There is favouritism within management with some departments being treated better than others.
