Pros

MicroIntegration is a great place to work. The company has grown a lot over the last few years and the growth is being handled in a responsible manner. Recent changes over the last few years include improvements to organizational structure, achieving the SOC II Type 2 Certification, and moving into the new Catalyst One building in Ignition Park. Terry Gour and his staff have assembled an outstanding team of engineers and support staff. The engineers are not only smart, but very professional and outgoing. The company enjoys after hour engagements as well, all provided by the company. We are currently doing volleyball in the summer and bowling in the winter. Lots of fun!

Kontras

Communication between departments can be improved. The fast moving nature of a growing company makes this difficult at time. Understaffed. There are key positions that still need to be filled.

Terry Gour, the founder and CEO is one of the most down-to-earth leaders I've ever worked for - who cares about his team, our families, and our future growth. He balances an outstanding business sense with a true commitment to doing what is best for our client's.
