Exciting projects, great office environment, supportive managers. High standards expected and rewarded. Historically poor workers stand out and don't last long. Training opportunities always available and encouraged. We get our own vans, good subsistence and good quality accommodation when working away. Good team to work with. High customer satisfaction is also rewarding.

Some projects can mean a lot of working away and travel.

There really is not any pros other than it's better than being homeless

Poor management, no training, lack support, finger pointing and stupidly long hours with bare minimum breaks/wage.
