Since last 2 years, organization has been struggling with business, due to lack of right future planning and semiconductor domains bad phase. No hikes, No bonus, No promotions, No new technology & No future plans. No growth in share value since last 4 years. No right recognitions to right focused candidates. Employees who are old are struck with organization without new skill set leads to big burden to organization.
