Instituted mandatory hybrid (in offie at least 3 days a week) schedule for ALL employees, regardless of whether you were successful remote employee or not. A quarter ago, the CEO told everyone "we can't force you to come back to the office" only for, a single quarter later, to essentially say "Yeah, we ARE forcing you back to the office!'
