There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
