Steady work, if 4 people are required for a job then 1 will do. Most people are friendly but there has been a culture change with the last acquisition. You get out of it what you put into it. You have to be the one driving your future in the company.
Kontras
Every product division or business unit has it own processes that do not work well with other groups. There is a big "not invented here" attitude also.
