The company pays 100% of premiums for an excellent healthcare plan -- that alone is worth at least an extra $10K in salary. The work environment is casual, friendly and fun. Catered breakfast is provided every Thursday. All employees are issued iPads as standard equipment. The company is in the process of building out an aggressive telework program, and it's easy to work from home whenever convenient. The company provides generous gifts and bonuses at the end of the year.

The company added more than 50 employees in 2012. This has left the headquarters a little overcrowded. There are a very limited number of offices. The open floor plan of the office can make for a noisy work environment with limited personal space. There are few meeting rooms, which although occasionally inconvenient tends to discourage unnecessary meetings.
