As a tenant all you can say is, 'low rent' to justify the amount of disintegration there is in the company and its offerings and facilities. All excuses and hazardous conditions for all.
Principals condone unimaginable behaviors such as:
Bigotry
Misogyny, especially from the the Owner, David Rotbard. LADIES BEWEAR!
HUGE turnover due to the realization to the amount of abuse from the owner/ leadership under owner.
Misclassification / labor - Admin Exempt with HUGE amounts of independent work with no support. In the most uncomprehending ways.
You will spend your own money to compensate for the shortcomings
Cutting all kinds of UNSAFE operational corners.
You are not cared for by the company.

ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK PAPER WORK AS THEY SWITCH THEM WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
