Crisis Company- No Hikes, No Good Projects - Software Engineer bei MicroObjects: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Company going through big crisis. No Hikes, Delayed Salary, No Good Projects. When we ask hikes, HR department says we don't have know anything. We are using 10 year old mac and windows machines and it is very slow, when we ask for replacement or upgradation they will reply, we don't have budget and we can only provide one common machine to take builds ( we are waiting for this machine for last 8 months). Company always gives fake promises. ACs are not functioning properly, when complaint about cooling problems they kept pedestal fans as a solution. Projects managers are very arrogant. Overall not a good place to work.
