They will fire u for nothing. Literally brought me into the office and fired me because they have a new system and don’t need as many billers. Management does not help they will say they are “Team motivated” it’s a lie. They will tell u to communicate through chats and they will never answer your questions. U can work ur butt off and they won’t give u any recognition if management does not like you. Good luck with keeping up on how often they change policies (possibly medical fraud with all the lies u hear) 1 person says one thing and another says something else. Horrible company to work for RETENTION RATE IS HIGH! Let’s not forget the CFO is so rude she doesn’t speak or talk to anyone which is weird.
