No glass ceiling here! - Recognition and reward for performance and hard work. - Flexibility. Telecommuting available. - Management is open to candid feedback and will listen to your ideas. - Ongoing training, and education. You are always learning. - Family oriented. Management takes a vested interest in it's employees, They actually care about you and your family. - They care about the community and provide extra PTO days to volunteer for a cause of YOUR choice.

      Small, friendly environment. People really care about you, you're not just a cog in the wheel. Everyone's opinions count. The CEO says family is first and means it. Good Benefits for a smaller company.

      Pros

      MicroCorp is led by two incredible people who encourage you to be the best you you can be. Those with vision, drive and determination can have a great career here. It’s a small company and you can actually make an impact and change. Personally, not only been promoted, but I have seen others promoted and see people that work for me in line for promotions. There is a career path for anyone who brings their best to work every day. Mistakes are made by everyone in every job in all walks of life. I have made a few while working here. I have been given guidance on how not to repeat them that was not demeaning, punishing or harsh. The people here care and want the best for you. Not many places can actually say that.

      It’s a small company. The people here are as close to family as can be in a work environment. Coming in as the new person isn’t always easy
