The Company made a record profit, 20% more profit than the previous record and then slashed our bonuses and announced a 300 million pound bonus to 30 executives. The leadership scheme is to buy other declining companies to hide the decline and thus ruin any year over year comparisons. The leadership exit strategy is to make cash on stock and mergers, then leave and let the next in line try too. Stock growth is a mirage, as the continuous purchase of companies looks like growth. Communication is fake and buzzwords with no meat. They do the minimum to make it look like you are running a company, but really are just waiting for the next payoff. This is phase 2. Phase 1 was the VC purchase, but they already stripped the companies of cash and anything of value that they could plunder and sell. They then sold the company for the start of phase 2, instead of killing the company like they might have done in the past. It’s all a big game.
