Almost criminally incompetent management full of D-team cast offs from a UK software company still stuck in the 80s who are very very impressed with themselves and their decision making. Executives who lucked into a cushy gig have circled the wagons and consolidate any power into a small group of decision makers and let go of competent executives from acquired companies. No direction, no strategy, no communication. Just terrible.
