Subpar compensation and wildly varying hours already make it difficult to retain existing team members, while a hiring process that arbitrarily discards potential new employees makes hiring new personnel difficult. There aren't enough people on staff to process the trucks or set planograms. There aren't enough people on staff to tend to customers. There aren't enough people of staff to deal with custom framing orders. And if there ARE enough people on staff, then their hours will be cut to an unsustainable degree.
