CEO treats staff like children - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei MiWay: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Despite numerous culture and employee engagement surveys, MiWays leadership fails to listen to their unhappy staff. Take this extract from an email written by the CEO:"I want to make sure that you all understand that I am certainly NOT pleased with a 72% response rate!". This relates to a Culture survey which employees were asked to participate in. Its not required, yet we get told off like naughty schoolchildren for not achieving 100%.perhaps this says something about your company's culture.
