The company has issues, like any company, but your freedom as an employee empowers you to be able to speak up. The goal of the company is to try and compete with all the cool-kids country and world wide, so it is open to change and improve; especially when it comes to the employees. The CEO has an open-door policy and anyone can request to see him.
Kontras
The leadership of the company may want to adapt and 'do the right thing', but their values and approaches do not facilitate what is needed to 'do the right thing'. This conflict does seem to make things happen slower than it should and hamper the company's potential to fully bloom.
