Heavy micromanaging. If your not part of the clique you will be ostracized. Doesnt matter if your an excellent and a hard worker, the buddy system keeps outsiders from moving up in the company. Managers all get bonuses and overtime just to sit at a computer and do nothing. Expensive healthcare plans that don't really cover much
