Culture of negativity Always “on edge”, never felt comfortable going to work Most significant con: Hire and Fire cycles. Major red flag during my first all employee meeting when I found out how many employees were on their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round of employment with Metso. Most people were laughing during introductions when someone stood up to say they were on their 3rd round. Not sure why that would be considered comical as this highlights a lack of job security with an employer.
