Most of the people you work with are nice and will help you while you are first learning. Management is great and understanding of work/homelife balance.

Mostly female staff, low pay, insurance is expensive with extremely high deductible. No definitive job position, its a free for all. Some employees will throw you under the bus if you make a mistake. Management is great but too many chiefs not enough Indians. High turnover.
