Pros
No Pros. The only thing which some employees can say as positive thing is the Working hours. You can come at 11 and leave at 5. Doesn't matter work is completed or not. But still its a very Negative thing from Company's point of view

Lots of Cons. 1. Poor management. 2. No fixed KRAs for any person. No answerability for the assigned work. 3. Careless HR and management. 4. Extremely poor Appraisal system. 5. Employees are lied during their joining regarding Appraisal/increment. 6. Lots of Politics played within the system.
