Poor management that does not care why so many GOOD employees are leaving. Employees who have never managed anyone become managers and do not have any idea how to manage employees. You are expected to work very long hours. Bad/hostile attitude among many employees. Don't expect to be paid on time. Culture/benefits way under par. Board of Directors are crooks.
